ಮೈಸೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 2, 2025: ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಗರಬತ್ತಿ ತಯಾರಕರಾದ ಎನ್‌ಆರ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಅಧೀನದ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್‌ನ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ತಂಡ ಚೊಚ್ಛಲ ಮಹಾರಾಣಿ ಟ್ರೋಫಿ ಕೆಎಸ್‌ಸಿಎ ಟಿ20 2025 ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕಿ ಮತ್ತು 15 ಮಂದಿಯ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.
ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ರೀಜೆಂಟಾ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಜವಾಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅದ್ದೂರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ತಂಡದ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಟಗಾರ್ತಿ ಶುಭಾ ಸತೀಶ್‌ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ಮಹಿಳಾ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಂಡದ 16 ಮಂದಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆಟಗಾರ್ತಿಯರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ರಘು ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಿರುವ ಟೀಮ್ ಆಂಥಮ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಕಲ್ ಪ್ಯೂರ್ ಅಗರಬತ್ತಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ರಂಗಾ ಅವರು, “ಚೊಚ್ಛಲ ಮಹಾರಾಣಿ ಟ್ರೋಫಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಲಿರುವ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಆಟಗಾರರ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸಂತೋಷ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಭಾರತ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಆಡಿರುವ ಶುಭಾ ಸತೀಶ್‌ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವು ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಕೇರ್ಗಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಸ್ತೂರ್ಬಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಬಾಲಿಕಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಜೊತೆ ಸದುದ್ದೇಶದ ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಂಡವು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಯುವ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಿಸುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಮರುದೃಢಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಕಸ್ತೂರ್ಬಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಬಾಲಿಕಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿರುವ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ (ಎಸ್ ಸಿ), ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ (ಎಸ್ ಟಿ) ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ (ಓಬಿಸಿ) ಹಾಗೂ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಬಾಲಕಿಯರಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿವೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಲು ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಈಗ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಸಲಕರಣೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಹಾರಾಣಿ ಟ್ರೋಫಿ ಕೆಎಸ್‌ಸಿಎ ಟಿ20 2025 ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 5ರಿಂದ 10ರವರೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಆಲೂರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್, ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಟೈಗರ್ಸ್, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬ್ಲಾಸ್ಟರ್ಸ್, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಡ್ರಾಗನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಲಯನ್ಸ್ ತಂಡಗಳು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸೆಣೆಸಲಿವೆ. ಮೈಸೂರು ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕೋಚ್ ಕರುಣಾ ಜೈನ್ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Mysore Warriors Unveil Women’s Squad and Captain for Inaugural Maharani Trophy KSCA T20 2025
Mysuru, August 2, 2025: NR Group, India’s leading agarbathi manufacturer and the proud owners of Mysore Warriors, marked a historic moment in Karnataka cricket with the grand introduction of the Mysore Warriors women’s team for the inaugural Maharani Trophy KSCA T20 2025. The dynamic event, held at Regenta Central Jayaji, Mysuru, brought together team members, partners, and supporters in celebration of women’s cricket and empowerment through sport.
During the event, the 16-member squad was formally introduced to the media. The franchise also proudly announced Shubha Satheesh, who has played Test Cricket for India, as the Captain of the Mysore Warriors women’s team. With her dynamic leadership and cricketing prowess, Shubha is set to lead a promising group of young women cricketers into the maiden season of the Maharani Trophy. The Mysore Warriors squad is led by Head Coach Karuna Jain, with the support team inspiring the next generation of talent.

The Mysore Warriors proudly announced their social partnership with Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Kergalli, reaffirming their commitment to empowering young girls through access to quality sports equipment. Students preparing to compete at the district level will now have the opportunity to train with dedicated equipment within their own school, fostering both confidence and a sense of ownership.
